Katy Benthall, Positions

Positions is an artist’s book, published in a limited edition of 200 copies. This poem was written in 1993 and was read in public by Katy Bentall as Six Hours of Learning by Heart at the Edge Gallery at Orford, Suffolk, on 12th September 1997, and as part of Seminarium in Place, held at Pracownia Smolna 36 in Warsaw and organised by Królikarnia/National Museum in Warsaw and The Tchorek-Bentall Foundation on 10th October 2013. The layout has been designed by Grzegorz Laszuk and the book was partly made and bound by hand. One hundred copies are numbered and signed by the author.
